Minnesota Housing 2023 Single Family Consolidated RFP

The Single-Family Consolidated RFP is open for applications for 2023. This program provides funding for single family, owner-occupied affordable housing projects statewide. The application deadline is 12 noon Thursday, July 13, 2023, to Minnesota Housing. Due to the significant increase in funding from the Legislature this year, Minnesota Housing will be able to fund many more projects and units than it has in recent years. They are encouraging applicants to apply for projects with larger funding commitments that can be completed over a three-year period instead of the typical 20 months. They are also encouraging applicants to assume the prevailing wage will apply to the proposed project. Here is an application guide and instructions.

For new construction project applications through the RFP, you are encouraged to view this webinar from Minnesota Housing for more information regarding visitability and prevailing wage.
