The draft unified budget combines the proposed operating budget and capital program for the Metropolitan Council into a single document. The proposed budget for operations, pass-through programs, and debt service is $1.311 billion. The proposed 2023 capital program totals $9.83 billion.

Public comments will be accepted by the Metropolitan Council via phone, mail, or email until 5:00 PM on December 14, 2022.
